Speaker bio:
Tim Franklin is a software engineer for Jack Henry &
Associates and a freelance UX consultant and web designer. He
is a strong proponent of intuitive, simple yet aesthetic interfaces
regardless of the technology. He earned a bachelor's degree
in CIS from Missouri State in 2005 and has worked in software/web
development for over 10 years. Most importantly, he is a
certified Ambassador of Surprise and Delight.
